General Pest Service Terms in Georgia

What General Pest Control Covers

Last updated: October 2026

General Pest Control covers the pest concerns and treatment tasks listed in your written estimate, service agreement, or visit record. Depending on the approved scope, work may include inspection of accessible areas, treatment for common household pests, and practical steps to reduce conditions that attract them. The technician will explain any preparation or access needed and follow the product label.

Work involving termites, bed bugs, wildlife, extensive repairs, inaccessible areas, or other specialized services is not included unless separately quoted and approved. Results may depend on sanitation, building conditions, pest pressure, and access.

Service is performed subject to the Georgia Structural Pest Control Act, O.C.G.A. 43-45, Georgia Structural Pest Control Commission Rules, Chapter 620-3, and Georgia pesticide applicator licensing requirements under O.C.G.A.

2-7. Pesticides are used consistent with FIFRA labeling; applicable certification standards include 40 CFR Part 171.

Georgia Pest Solutions follows OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, and applicable container-disposal directions and Georgia requirements.

Booking, Changing, or Canceling a Visit

Appointments are arranged with you by phone, email, or another agreed method. We will confirm the visit window and any preparation, access, or safety instructions that apply. Please provide accurate property details and make sure the technician can reach the areas included in the agreed service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact Georgia Pest Solutions as soon as practical and before the scheduled visit. Any cancellation charge or notice requirement will apply only if it was disclosed in your estimate or service agreement.

If nobody can provide access, or conditions prevent safe work, we may need to arrange another appointment. A request to add pests, areas, or treatment methods changes the agreed scope; we will explain any effect on price or timing and get your approval before performing extra work.

A technician may recommend a separate service if inspection reveals a concern outside the original agreement. Scheduling changes are subject to availability, and we will let you know about material changes to the appointment.

Estimates, Approved Work, and Payment

An estimate describes the work proposed for the property and the charge quoted for that scope. It is based on the information available at the time and may need revision if inspection reveals different pest activity, access limits, or site conditions.

We will explain a revised estimate before proceeding with work beyond the original scope. You may decline the additional work, subject to the terms of any service already approved.

Please review the estimate and service agreement, including any stated taxes, fees, payment timing, and accepted payment methods, before authorizing service. Payment is due according to the terms shown in those documents or otherwise agreed in writing.

No price, discount, financing offer, or payment schedule is promised unless it is specifically stated in writing. If you have a question about a charge, contact Georgia Pest Solutions promptly so we can review the estimate and visit record.

Changes to the work require your approval; a verbal discussion alone does not authorize unquoted extra services.

What Our Workmanship Commitment Means

Georgia Pest Solutions will perform the work described in your approved service documents with reasonable care and in keeping with applicable requirements and product-label directions. Any warranty, retreatment commitment, or other workmanship coverage applies only when its terms are provided in writing for your service.

The written terms control the covered pest, property areas, duration, and steps for requesting service. These terms do not create a standard warranty period or promise that pests will never return.

Coverage may not apply where the written terms exclude a condition, where the issue involves a pest or area outside the agreed scope, or where required access or preparation was not provided. Changes to the property, new pest entry, moisture, food sources, or activity from neighboring areas may affect results.

Contact us if activity continues or returns, and we will review the service record and any written coverage. Nothing in this section removes rights or duties that cannot legally be waived.

Responsibility for Property and Service Risks

Please tell us about known leaks, sensitive areas, occupants who may need special precautions, and conditions that could affect treatment. You are responsible for following the preparation and re-entry instructions given for the specific service. Georgia Pest Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, pest activity outside the approved scope, or effects caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, any liability arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law and does not waive rights or obligations under the Georgia Structural Pest Control Act, O.C.G.A.

43-45, or Georgia Structural Pest Control Commission Rules, Chapter 620-3. Pesticide use must follow FIFRA label requirements and applicable licensing rules, including O.C.G.A.

2-7; relevant certification standards include 40 CFR Part 171. Applicable OSHA hazard-communication duties and product-label container disposal directions remain in effect. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Questions About These Terms

For questions about these terms, an estimate, or a service visit, contact Georgia Pest Solutions at (877) 729-2528 or info@georgiapestsolutions.top. Written correspondence may be sent to Bank of America Plaza, 600 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA.

Please include the service address and appointment date, if applicable, so we can locate the relevant records. Do not email sensitive payment information.

These terms may be updated when our practices or applicable requirements change. The current version will be made available through the applicable service or website materials; for material changes affecting an existing service agreement, we will communicate the change through a reasonable channel.

Unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing, changes apply prospectively and do not alter work already completed. If a written service agreement conflicts with a general provision here, the specific written agreement controls for that service. Contact us if you need clarification before approving work.

I grew up around Atlanta and learned pest control by working in Georgia homes with crawl spaces, older brick foundations, and the moisture that can draw pests indoors. I started this company to give homeowners clear answers and careful treatment plans for problems that change with our long, warm seasons.
